Who we are

This website is operated by Oum Loca Car, a car rental agency based in Marrakech, Morocco. For any question about your personal data, contact us at [email protected] or by phone/WhatsApp at +212 677-672532.

Data we collect

When you request a quote, book a car or send us a message, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, rental dates, pick-up and return places and your message. When you collect the car, we also check your driving license and passport or ID card, as required to sign the rental contract.

Like most websites, we also process technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through cookies and Google Analytics.

Why we use it

• To answer your requests and prepare your quote;
• To manage your booking, the rental contract, delivery and the security deposit;
• To comply with our legal obligations (accounting, requests from authorities);
• To measure the audience of the website and improve it.

We never sell your data and we do not send you advertising without your consent.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to remember your language, your currency and your session, and Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic anonymously. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep it

Messages and quotes are kept for up to 2 years. Booking and contract data are kept for the period required by Moroccan accounting and tax law.

Your rights

In accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your personal data. Security

Our website uses HTTPS encryption and access to booking data is restricted to our team. Card deposits are handled by the payment terminal or bank — we do not store your card number on this website.
